mixed feelings about the stay
rusted fixturesexcessive fee
The room i stayed in was showing its age. the bathroom fixtures had rust, and the shower wasn't as clean as i'd expect. it felt a little worn out, and it brought down the overall impression of the place. the parking fee was also a surprise. It felt excessive given the distance from everything else?

Understaffed and Overpriced
unhelpful front deskinsufficient staffing
I was given a key to the wrong room after I had reserved the ocean view room. The front desk was unhelpful. A staff member didn't wash their hands after using the urinal during dinner. That was disgusting. The hotel seemed outdated and understaffed, I was frustrated.
